This interactive class introduces students to the world of reptiles and amphibians, exploring their unique adaptations, behaviors, and importance in ecosystems. With live animals to observe up close (and some to touch!), kids will leave with a new appreciation for these fascinating creatures.

Did you know that some of the coolest reptiles and amphibians might be living right in your backyard? In this hands-on session, students will learn about the amazing native species they can find close to home, how to safely observe them, and why they are important for the environment. We’ll also discuss simple ways to help local wildlife thrive. Live reptiles and amphibians included!

Get ready to hop into the incredible world of frogs, toads, and salamanders! This class covers the amazing life cycle of amphibians, their super cool adaptations (like breathing through their skin!), and their crucial role in keeping ecosystems healthy. Live frogs and toads will be part of the experience, making this a class students won’t forget!

Snakes are some of the most misunderstood animals on the planet—but they’re also some of the coolest! In this engaging session, we’ll bust common myths about snakes, explore their fascinating behaviors, and discover why they’re so important to the environment. Students will get the chance to see live snakes up close and even touch a few!

Toads are tough little creatures, but they need our help! This conservation-focused class teaches kids how to protect toads in their own neighborhoods while learning fun facts about their lives, habitats, and challenges. Students will also meet live toads and leave with simple ways to be real-life Toad Rescue Rangers!

How long are the classes?
Each class is about one hour long, including time to see and interact with live animals, ask questions, and explore the topic.

How many animals do you bring?
We typically bring 5+ live reptiles and amphibians, depending on the class topic and group size. Some animals can be touched or gently handled, while others are for observation only.

Can you accommodate large groups?
Smaller groups (under 30) work best for hands-on experiences, but we can adjust for larger audiences. If you’re planning a big event or assembly, contact us to discuss options!

How much does it cost?
Pricing begins at $100, with exact quotes depending on the number of participants, travel distance, and any custom requests. Email us with your group details, and we’ll be happy to provide a personalized quote.

How do we book a class?
Reach out via the contact form and let us know which class you’re interested in, your group details, and your preferred date(s). We’ll take it from there!

What age groups are the classes best for?
Most classes are perfect for ages 5–13, but we’re happy to adjust content for younger or older groups. Just let us know the age range when you book!

Do you travel to us?
Yes! We’re based in Lititz, PA and travel to schools, libraries, co-ops, Scout meetings, and more. Travel fees may apply for locations 20+ miles away—we’ll let you know when you inquire.

Can we request a specific animal?
You’re welcome to make a request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it but animal availability depends on their health, behavior, and weather conditions.


Do you offer custom classes?
